The BIC is the standards framework that promotes the availability, integrity and exclusivity of housing corporation information (systems). This Baseline is designed around existing standards; the NEN/ISO 27001:2013 and NEN/ISO 27002:2013. This standard has been chosen and generally accepted by the Dutch (semi-)Government as the standard for information security.
