¹ The CSRD/ESRSs will be updated when the European Commission's Omnibus Proposal dated February 26, 2025 is adopted/approved by the European Parliament and Council of Europe. Currently, the reporting deadlines are frozen and reporting is not yet required. In addition, the circle of companies to which the CSRD will apply is greatly reduced. The proposal is that only companies with at least 1,000 employees will be covered by the CSRD. It is precisely for SMEs that the EU created the VSME.
