When you purchase the Perium platform, onboarding and instructional sessions are included. We make sure your organization gets off to a good start and gets the most out of Perium.
For organizations that require further guidance or deepening, we offer additional services. Think of user training, internal audits or API links. You decide which additional support suits your situation. We will make you an offer for this. We often work together with our partners for an optimal implementation.
Onboarding (included)
Based on your organization's ambitions and goals, we carefully set up the customer environment. We ensure that the right management systems are activated and configure appropriate risk sets and associated control measures, tailored to the nature, size and complexity of your organization.
We also set up the user structure, including the creation and configuration of Admin accounts. With this we lay a solid foundation for effective management, clear responsibilities and a controlled rollout within the organization.
The result is an environment that immediately aligns with your compliance goals and is ready to use.
Instruction session (included)
In one or more sessions, we provide targeted instruction for core Perium users within your organization. During these sessions, we explain how the platform works and guide the participants step by step through the most important functionalities.
Upon completion, users will have sufficient knowledge and skills to independently perform key operations within Perium and effectively apply the system in daily practice.
User training (extra)
We provide a hands-on training session on how to use Perium. During this session, we will go deeper into the functionalities of the platform and show you how Perium can be used effectively within your organization.
The training can be fully customized. For example, in addition to using the platform, we can also cover topics such as risk management or the Cybersecurity Act, so that the application of Perium is directly linked to your compliance obligations and organizational goals.
In principle, the training takes place at your location, lasts approximately three hours and is interactive in nature. This ensures that participants not only understand how Perium works, but also learn to apply it directly in their own practice.
Initial filling (additional)
If you want to transfer existing registrations, such as assessments, improvement plans, tasks and/or assets, to Perium, we support you in doing so. We start with an inventory of the current situation and the available data.
On that basis, we provide a careful conversion using load files, so that relevant information is structured and correctly transferred to the new environment. This way, historical data is preserved and you can continue working seamlessly within Perium.
Guidance 'audit readiness' (extra)
The goal of this process is to implement an effective management system and risk management so that your organization is well prepared for an external audit.
We offer guidance and support throughout the entire process. This includes performing a baseline measurement to map the current situation, drafting and implementing necessary measures, and transferring to and training relevant employees within the organization.
The result is an organization that demonstrably operates at an appropriate maturity level, where policies, risks and measures are set up in coherence. You are thus well prepared for an external audit/certification.
Internal audit (extra)
We perform an internal, independent audit on your management system and check that policies, risks, measures and practice operations are optimal. We talk to those involved, assess evidence and record everything clearly in an auditor-proof report with clear classifications (finding, deviation or point of improvement) and concrete improvement measures.
This way you not only show a supervisor that your PDCA cycle works, but you also show the board that you are demonstrably in control.
Guidance executive assessment (extra)
Guidance management review is a structured session where we work with management to discuss the results of the management system. We cover risks, incidents, audit results, measures, areas for improvement and resources needed, among other things.
We ensure that all mandatory input is complete and translate this into clear decision and action points. In this way the management can demonstrably take its responsibility and the organization fully complies with the set requirements.
NIS2 Boardroom training (extra)
With the introduction of the Cyber Security Act (Cbw) as a concretization of the European NIS2 regulations, directors can be held personally liable forinformation security policies and compliance with the Cbw. At the same time,an education requirement for directors is going to apply, making knowledge and awareness of cybersecurity in the boardroom more important than ever.

Awareness sessions (extra)

API connections (extra)
Links with other systems make working with Perium even more efficient. By default, there is a link with Entra ID, so role management and user accounts are automatically synchronized and SSO is possible.
Want links to systems such as AWS, O365, Topdesk or Jira? No problem, these can easily be added. This saves you considerable time and simplifies your processes.
Automated Control Testing (additional)
One of the key developments to reduceadministrative burdens is Automated Control Testing (ATC). Here we deploy technology to largely automatecontrols, reporting, risk assessments and policy updates. Manual tasks are supported or replaced by software that continuously monitors, analyzes and reports on the organization's compliance with laws, regulations, standards or internal policy requirements.
This can also be done through the MyStekz platform, where processes are optimized and automated. Through the link with Perium, assessments of control measures can be performed faster, more reliably and with full coverage, including demonstrating their design, existence and operation.
